Schedule and Agenda for the Beek Apprenticeship and Practical, Fall 2025:
CLICK HERE to see the full calendar of classes! Keep in mind this calendar includes the online workshops, the in-person practical sessions, and the optional monthly office hours. If you only sign up for one of the online workshops you can disregard the dates for the in-person practical. All times are in Central Standard Time. All online workshops will be recorded and available to those that cannot make the live session for two weeks after. If you are unable to make one of the practical in-person sessions, you can make that session up with the next Apprenticeship cohort!
Beek Apprentices Workshops (Virtual Sessions held on Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Sessions will be recorded and available for several weeks after live airing in case you can’t make the live session! Each month you will receive a link to a password protected website with readings ahead of each session that you will be expected to complete before class.

Beek Practical Sessions: Held in person at the Honey Ranch in Austin, TX (Saturdays and Sundays)
If you need to miss a session, you can make up to 2 sessions with a later group!
Please keep in mind that the hands-on practical is a VERY dynamic program, and we stay flexible to allow you the most complete experience available. For example, if we get a swarm call nearby the night before a practical, we will alert you all via phone of the change in schedule so we can divert and you can experience a swarm capture!
