Refund Policy: If you need to cancel your queen order and it is more than one week before pick-up, we can refund your credit card, minus 10% administrative cost. Or, we can give you a 100% refund in the form of store credit, to be used in person at the honey ranch for honey, gifts, beekeeping equipment, etc.
